Outreach Ministries

Our church is actively involved in reaching out to our community and building relationships with organizations and folks doing good work, and helping support positive change in our community. We are a member of the Napa Valley Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD). We enjoy partnering with other churches, faith communities, and non-profits on projects and programs that help our community. Worship Ministries

Mission Trips

Our youth go on a mission trip each summer.

Our first trip with Sierra Service Project was in 2008 to Walker River, Nevada. We have travelled to Mc Dermitt, Nevada; Fort Hall, Idaho; Smith River, California (x2); Chiloquin, Oregon (x3); South Central Los Angeles, California; Wellpinit, Washington; Imperial Beach, California; and this year we are headed to Tsaile, Arizona to serve on the Navajo Nation. Nearly 9,000 miles of travel and counting.

Pastoral Care

At St. Mary’s, we seek to live out our faith by following Galatians 6:2: “Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” When a member of our parish is ill or in need, the community pitches in to support them. These are some of the ministries that St. Mary’s parishioners participate in regularly.

Refugee Support

St. Mary’s, along with friends at the American Muslim Society of Napa, the Napa Methodist Church, and support of community members worked together to start a Sponsor Circle to support the resettlement of a family of refugees from Afghanistan in our community.

Disaster Response
